PURE ADVENTURE TOURS are an astonishing experience but it may expose participants to inherent dangers and risks associated with the natural environment. I (we) agree to use the PURE ADVENTURE TOUR, equipment and appurtenances, location awnd other facilities at established rates when the use is made for PURE ADVENTURE TOURS.
In consideration of such use, I hereby assume all risks and release on behalf of the conjugal partnership of which I am part ( if such is the case) and/ or my minor children or wards, the following: PURE ADVENTURE CORP AND ANY OTHER TOUR SERVICE, HOTELS AND/ OR DMC,S. and, their parent corporations, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, affiliates and employees ( collectively, the “Releases”) from any and all claims, damages, body injuries, death, rights of action or causes of action whether anticipated or not, arising out of, or any manner resulting from my participation in this activity on or about its location and PURE ADVENTURE areas.
This includes, without limitation, any claims, damages, demands, rights of action or causes of action resulting from, or arising out of, the negligence of the released. I hereby agree to waive any and all such actions. Such Release and waiver is to be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrator’s and assigns. Further, I hereby agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Releases from and against any and all liability which may arise or be claimed by any person for loss or theft of, or damage to, personal property or injury or death of any person resulting from my use of provider’s equipment or facilities.
I (We) UNDERSTAND THIS IS A NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND PURE ADVENTURE CORP. employees or any entity related is not responsible for the wildlife seen.
I freely assume the risks to safety and bodily injuries arising out this type of activities. I am fully knowledgeable of my own limitations. This Release and Waiver cannot be changed orally by any Releases, employees or agents.
I understand and agree that the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are and will be the only court with jurisdiction to hear any claim, complaint or demand arising from, or in any way related with my participation in PURE ADVENTURE tours.
Physical Condition: pregnant women or those who have epilepsy, back problems, heart conditions, dizziness, recent surgery or any other condition that may put life in risk are not allowed to participate in PURE ADVENTURE tour. Please help us make this a pleasant experience for all.
Equipment: PURE ADVENTURE CORP. knows good equipment makes the difference. This is why PURE ADVENTURE provides us with the best gear for the adventure. I (We) understand that during the use of PURE ADVENTURE EQUIPMENT I am (We are) fully responsible for any loss or damage arise during the use of the equipment for PURE ADVENTURE TOURS, and also of my minors or/and wards use of the equipment, and I am obligated to replace the damaged or lost equipment as new. The equipment prices where presented to me in this waiver.
I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND IRRETRIEVABLY ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS. I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE NOT REFUNDS.

I thought the tour would be ok, but it was extraordinary. Thanks for demonstrating to us an innovative new way of bird watching. But thank you especially for taking the time to explain to us all about the culture, history and nature from P.R. That means a lot for us since we come from a different culture.
